We reserve the right to cancel or terminate any booking at our discretion, including in cases of unsafe weather conditions, lake closures, or violations of our on-board policies. In the event of a cancellation initiated by The Spirit of Dallas, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
When creating an account or making a reservation through our booking platform, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
All guests must comply with the rules and guidelines set by The Spirit of Dallas crew at all times while on board. We reserve the right to deny boarding or remove any guest who poses a safety risk or fails to follow crew instructions. Guests must arrive at the dock at least 15 minutes before their scheduled departure.
All bookings require full payment at the time of reservation. Payments are processed securely through FareHarbor. Prices are subject to change without notice. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled sail are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable but may be rescheduled based on availability. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount. In the event of inclement weather or unsafe conditions, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.
