We’re docked at the public dock right across from the Big Thicket (410 East Lawther Drive, Dallas, TX 75218).
Heads up on GPS: Apple Maps has a habit of sending people to the Bath House on the other side of the lake. To avoid getting lost, enter the park from the northeast side (via Mockingbird, Buckner, or Northwest Highway).
There is plenty of public parking near the dock. Just a friendly warning: don’t park on the grass, or the city will likely give you a ticket.
Definitely. You’re welcome to bring a picnic or takeout from your favorite spot. Our boat benches actually convert into tables, so it’s easy to eat while we sail.
Yes, feel free to bring your favorite beverages along with your food.
No need to bring your own. We have over 60 life vests on board, ranging from infant to adult sizes. Our crew will give everyone a quick safety briefing before we leave the dock.
Think "casual social outing." We recommend comfortable clothing and layers if it's a bit breezy. Since this is a social cruise, we ask that you don't wear swimsuits or inappropriate dress.
To keep the experience great for everyone, we don't allow pets (except ADA-compliant service animals) and we are a strictly smoke-free and vape-free boat.
We want your time on the water to be relaxing, not a struggle against the elements. We don’t sail in the rain or during high winds. If we have to cancel, we’ll contact you via the email or phone number you used to book at least one hour before your sail time.
General admission tickets are non-refundable. If we have to cancel due to weather, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a credit.
Our catamaran can hold up to 34 passengers. Private sails are booked by the hour (usually 1.5 hours), and you’ll have the entire boat and crew to yourself. It’s perfect for birthdays, corporate team building, or bachelorette parties.
